Yes. WisePal is completely free to explore.

WisePal helps you discover lower-cost options with comparable coverage, benefits, or service. Reviewing these savings opportunities is completely free, and you decide if you want to switch. If you choose to move forward with one of the offers, we may receive compensation from the provider.

For services like bill negotiation or property tax appeals, we only get paid after we successfully save you money. We take a percentage of the savings based on terms you approve upfront. There are no upfront fees and no payment details required before success.

If we don’t save you money, you don’t pay.

Are there hidden fees?

Will I get spam or sales calls?

No. WisePal does not sell your contact information. You don’t have to take a call. You can use WisePal online, and speaking with an advisor is optional.

How can WisePal lower a bill that’s already a set price?

Many recurring bills have lower-cost alternatives, better provider offers, or negotiable terms. WisePal reviews your current services and looks for comparable options, better rates, or savings opportunities. In some cases, we may also help negotiate with your current provider if you approve that service.

Do I have to take a phone call?

No. WisePal works fully online. Speaking with an advisor is optional if you want extra help.

Is WisePal an app?

WisePal is a website, not a mobile app. You can get started at wisepal.com.

I keep getting errors with Google or Microsoft login.

WisePal currently supports Gmail and Microsoft accounts. If you run into login errors, try a different browser or clear your cache. If you use Yahoo, you can still answer questions manually and get savings results.

I have two emails. Which one should I connect?

Can WisePal reduce rent?

WisePal does not lower rent payments. We may be able to help with related costs such as renters insurance, auto insurance, electricity, phone, internet, or other recurring bills.

How does WisePal handle insurance?

WisePal is a licensed insurance agency. We use the information you provide to identify car insurance options that may offer a lower price than what you currently pay, based on your coverage details and eligibility. We help you compare available options, review the relevant coverage terms, and decide whether you want to move forward.

Can WisePal help with electricity?

In markets where electricity suppliers compete, WisePal may help you find lower-cost electricity options. In states or areas without an open electricity market, we may still be able to help reduce electricity costs through solar by connecting you with a solar provider that can assist with rooftop solar installation.

I never received my Visa gift card.
